Sin Ghee Huat was established at 32 Penhas Road, Singapore.
1977
Formal Incorporation
The company was officially incorporated as Sin Ghee Huat Metals (Pte) Ltd.
1980
Expansion into Stainless Steel
Expanded from iron products into the distribution of a comprehensive range of stainless steel materials.
2007
Listed on the SGX Mainboard
Sin Ghee Huat Corporation Ltd was successfully listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange.
2010
Expansion into China · Suzhou
The wholly owned subsidiary SG Metals (Suzhou) Pte. Ltd. was established in Suzhou Industrial Park.
2014
SG Specialty Metals Established
Established to supply specialty metal materials to the oil and gas industry.
2020
Renamed SINCO Special Metals
SG Metals (Suzhou) Pte. Ltd. was renamed SINCO Special Metals (Suzhou) Co., Ltd.
